THE MYTH:
Hephaestus is the god of the forge, the master craftsman of Olympus who hammers out thunderbolts for Zeus and armor for heroes.

THE SCENT:
Hephaestus opens with the warm, woody snap of lumber and rosewood, sharpened by spices heating up the skin like embers from the forge: black pepper, cinnamon leaf, clove and cardamom. The dry down is smoky, subversive and deeply masculine featuring ambergris, oud, birch tar, tobacco and leather layering into an intoxicating foundation that evokes motorcycles, mescal and leather daddies.

THE SETTING:
