Advanced Tarot

Advanced Tarot is a comprehensive deep dive into the mystery and magik of Tarot which deals with both theory and practice. Each week we will explore the in's and out's of the 78 cards which make up the most popular form of divination the world over. This course is designed to be accessible and easy to follow along, as it is structured around establishing an understanding of how to read the cards as a whole, instead of attempting to memorize each individual card's standalone meaning.

In week one, we will build upon the basics, including the history of the tarot and its structure, while expanding our scope to cover often neglected aspects of the cards and how to most effectively read them.

In week two, we will nail down numerological and astrological correspondences in detail and how they help us understand the complex history of the tarot's iconic imagery.

In week three, we will establish a framework and a template through which each of the the cards can be examined and interpreted both as a single card and as a piece of their suit and their element. We'll discuss common interactions between cards, tips and tricks for more advanced interpretations, avoiding common pitfalls and using expanded layouts.

In our final week, we will put it all together - exploring the ways that one can create their own divinatory rituals with a live, step by step demonstration from Dakota. Learn how to cleanse, bless, store, lay out and interpret the cards in a cohesive ritual structure which will ensure a more effective, sustainable divinatory practice.
